Ground floor bathrooms and kitchens come with 42” turn around spaces. Step free entryways, three-foot door openings and extra wide hallways insure ease of movement for homeowners and visitors.

Built to Last
With 12 inch or more thick steel reinforced raft slabs, solid masonry super structure, termite proof metal interior framing, and copper water lines our homes are built to last.

Our pricing includes the many fine upgraded amenities shown in our model homes, and our homebuyers receive generous allowances for their selections.

Wired for the Future
Wired for present and future technology needs, our homes come standard with telecom ports for cable TV, cable modems and high-speed interactive video services; Digital Satellite Service; CAT5 wiring for phone, fax, modem and high-speed computer transmissions; and are pre-wired for future fiber optics. Other standard state-of-the-art features included are a security system and central vacuum.

State-of-the-Art Energy Efficiency
The solar features of our homes include photovoltaic electric power generating systems and solar water heaters with on-demand water heater backup systems standard on all models. Programs available for homeowners to benefit from included Tucson Electric Power Sun Share Cash rebates and Guarantee Program, as well as Federal and State income tax credits.*

Other standard energy saving features include: high efficiency heat pumps and programmable thermostats, dual pane high efficiency windows, energy efficient appliances, and lighting. All of our homes are built with a masonry wall super structure which is concrete filled for thermal mass storage and soundproofing benefits. The walls are wrapped in insulation and finished with a 3-coat stucco system to create a protective shield from the exterior environment.

Our homes come with a Tucson Electric Power 5-year Guarantee. During the construction process TEP inspects each home to insure all components perform to TEP Guarantee requirements for energy efficiency and comfort. The Guarantee qualifies our homes for reduced residential rates and guarantees the heating and cooling portion of the annual monthly bill.
