John Wesley Miller is one of four builders selected by the Department of Energy to develop zero-energy use homes. The first such home has been completed by John Wesley Miller Companies is in the Armory Park del Sol development, a nationally recognized model for green building practices. The second Net Zero Energy Home has performed above and beyond the level of the first, and is open to the public.
